1, the limitation of bearing size
Usually double row cylindrical roller bearings can be installed in a restricted space. In most cases, the diameter of the shaft (or the inner diameter of the bearing) is limited by the mechanical design or other design. So the choice of bearing type and size depends on the inner diameter of the bearing.
There are various types of standard cylindrical roller bearing. It’s better to take standard bearings when in mechanical design.Normally rated basic load has been listed in the size chart, but the axial load and radial load, etc., is also an important factor in selecting a suitable bearing, so we must choose the right model based on the requirements.
2, bearing speed
Allowed speed is determined by the type of double row cylindrical roller bearing size, precision, cage type, load, lubrication,cooling factors and so on. The bearing table lists the allowable speed of the standard precision bearings under oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Usually, deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for high speed operation.
3, bearing tolerance.
Cylindrical roller bearing size precision and rotation accuracy is based on the ISO and JIS standard. For machinery that requires high accuracy and high speed operation, it is recommended to use 5 or more precision bearings, deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearings or cylindrical roller bearings. When the rolling body of the bearing and the contact surface of the raceway are pressed, will produce the elastic deformation. Some machines need to minimize elastic deformation. The roller bearing has smaller elastic variables than the ball bearing.
